We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Playful Promises lingerie, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, adhesive products and certain intimates cannot be returned if the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene strips remain intact and attached.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
